John McAteer, President of Red Devil Cycles & Master Mechanic
John has been rebuilding and customizing motorcycles since 1988. Prior to opening Red Devil Cycles. John worked as Co-Service Manager at Treasure Coast Harley Davidson where he received his PHD Certifications and Harley Davidson Factory Training.
A native New Yorker, he moved to Florida in 1996. John brings a no-bullshit attitude to his business. You can count on John to bring this same attitude to your Harley. John knows what it takes to get the job done right and done timely, so you and your bike can get back on the road.
John’s experience in Management and Mechanics is critical to ensure that Red Devil Cycles not only provides its customers with the best service and quality but also premium efficiency.
Frank Sullivan, Master Mechanic
Frank started working at Harley Davidson in 1997, at both Ft. Lauderdale HD and Treasure Coast HD. During his time there he spent 6 years getting dealership experience and 6 months as shop foreman. Treasure Coast Harley Davidson is where he first met John. Needless to say, they became instant brothers and have worked side-by-side ever since. Frank joined Red Devil Cycles in 2004 and brings a lot of solid experience in V-Twin repairs and maintenance with him. He is an MMI Grad and PHD certified. Frank even had articles featured in American Iron Magazine. Sept, Oct 2002 80″ EVO Hop Up.
Frank is an integral part of our team and will always be family. His dedication and hard work are essential to the Red Devil Cycles brand. Frank brings not only his expertise to our team, but his endless knowledge brings customers back over and over again. We wouldn’t be who we are without him.
Lu Ann F. McAteer, Secretary & Treasurer of Red Devil Cycles
Lu Ann has a background in Business Finance and Management. Born in New York and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Lu Ann has been in the Treasure Coast area since 1987. Lu Ann handles all of the administration and management of Red Devil Cycles corporate needs, as well as, overseeing the retail department and public relations events.
Lu Ann can be found in the showroom or behind the counter with a German Shepherd or two on watch. She not only brings her knowledge of motorcycle parts, servicing and customization to the team but also her sass which brings balance to Red Devil every day. Every year Lu Ann organizes and runs the Annual Christmas Toy Run benefiting veterans and children. This Toy Run supports the USMVMC #16, Stuart Police Department and Operation 300. Ryan McAteer, Apprentice Mechanic
Ryan joined the Red Devil Cycles family in September 2021. He’s a McAteer through and through. He is being trained by Master Mechanics, John McAteer & Frank Sullivan. Ryan specializes in Service & Tires, Maintenance, Carburetor Service, Brake Fluid Flushes and Safety Inspections.
Since Red Devil Cycles is family owned and operated, Ryan joining our team ensures that our values and traditions continue for generations with service you can rely on!
Stephanie Orobello-Brown, Executive Assistant, Director of Social Media & Communications
Stephanie joined the Red Devil Cycles family in March 2022, although she’s been family since birth. Stephanie is the Executive Assistant and the Director of Social Media & Communications. She works remotely from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, but visits the Treasure Coast frequently with her husband, Troy, and her Olde English Bulldog, Fergus.
